This week’s closing act: DANE FRISBY

Dublin-based Dane Frisby started stand-up in Estonia 3 years ago while travelling, since then, he’s been throwing himself around the world performing over 300 shows in about 30 countries. In 2025 he sold out three nights in the Dot Theatre & the Mill Theatre for WIP shows. In February he brought his debut hour back to Tallinn where he began. He's recently been made a regular in the Laughter lounge and has opened for the likes of  Chris Kent, Neil Delamere, Al Porter, Willa White and David McSavage. He is the host of Step Inn Comedy in Stepaside.

With support from: KAT O’HANLON

Kat started doing stand up in Buffalo, NY way back in 2011. Since then she has performed all over the world…or rather all over the United States and Ireland. Now living in rural Ireland with her feral-toddler, craggily-stinking-rescue-dog, and her husband, who has politely requested not to be described. Her material covers the topics of marriage, motherhood, the algorithm and buying lube in rural Ireland. Plus much, much more!!

In the Showcase spot: BLIGH JONES

Bligh Jones is a Longford based comedian, who since starting comedy at 17 years old can be seen bringing his quick witted storytelling style to shows across the country. He was a finalist in Ireland’s longest running comedy competition ‘Show Me The Funny’ and is a regular host of Columbia Comedy Club.

And this week’s host: IAN BURKE

Internationally rising stand-up comedian Ian Burke is known for his dark wit, fearless punchlines, and an ability to say the wrong thing in exactly the right way. Blending sharp observations with a delightfully twisted worldview, Ian’s comedy lives in that sweet spot where audiences aren’t sure whether to laugh, gasp, or quietly reassess their morals.

A regular on comedy stages across Ireland and beyond, Ian has built a reputation for intelligent, unpredictable stand-up that pulls no punches and asks no permission. His material ranges from the absurd to the uncomfortably honest, delivered with a laid-back charm that makes even the darkest jokes feel strangely welcoming. If you like your comedy bold, clever, and just a little bit wrong, Ian Burke is probably your kind of comedian.
