Reddy began her music career with the release of her debut EP, Hollowed Out Sea, in 2016, which garnered critical acclaim and established her as a rising star in the Irish music scene. Her debut album, Personal History, released in 2020, was nominated for the RTÉ Choice Music Prize and received praise from various music outlets, including Pitchfork and The Guardian.

Her sophomore album, Endless Affair, released in 2022, further solidified her reputation as a talented lyricist capable of exploring personal themes with universal resonance. Reddy's music is characterized by its blend of indie rock and confessional folk, drawing comparisons to artists like Julia Jacklin and Phoebe Bridgers.

Currently, Ailbhe Reddy is working on her third album, KISS BIG, set to be released in January 2025. This album is described as a breakup record that navigates the complexities of love and loss, showcasing her ability to transform personal experiences into relatable music. Reddy has performed at major festivals, including Glastonbury and SXSW, and has built a devoted following due to her honest and emotional songwriting.
