The Laughter Lounge with Paul Sinha (UK)
Although Paul is a international stand up comic for many years now (and qualified GP by the way), it was only through his second full length solo show "Saint or Sinha" that he really came to prominence, receiving widespread critical acclaim at the 2006 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a nomination for the if.comedy award (formerly the Perrier).
Since then Paul has been in great demand, on TV shows such as Edinburgh and Beyond, The World Stands Up, Comedy Shuffle and Comedy Cuts and in the Comedy Clubs all over the world.
"you do get a lot of gags for your dollar - and good ones, too." The Guardian
Support from Ro Campbell (Aus)
Rowan Campbell is a Scottish-based Australian who started performing comedy in early 2005, at the age of 29, with a gig at The Stand in Edinburgh.
Finalist in the 2007 Scottish comedian of the Year competition
"You can’t fault Ro Campbell’s assured delivery, driving though the material with slickness and confidence." Steve Bennett Chortle
Guest MC Karl Spain
Karl made a name for himself on the hit TV Show "Karl Spain Wants A Woman". His new TV show "Karl Spain Wants to Rock" sees this affable hoodlum get down and dirty with a whole host of Heavy Metal tribute acts. Described as "achingly funny" by The Sunday Times and only "reasonable" by The Scotsman but what do they know. Hot Press said “"the future of Irish comedy is in safe hands"” and we agree.
