In addition they were one of the top instrumental outfits of the rock era, cutting classics like Green Onions; Time Is Tight, and Hang 'em High. The arrival of his new 2009 solo album, Potato Hole, not only re-affirms his greatness, it also re-introduces the type of soul satisfying pleasure which Jones excels.
